STANDARD WEEKEND FORMAT
The race length is dictated by time rather than distance giving slower
cars (and drivers!) equal value for money with the faster ones. With many
other races at the event, there is often the opportunity for a second
outing.

Length: 6.940 kilometres (approx. 4.3 miles).

constrain costs to a reasonable level.

Race Organisation Admin Centre
Light refreshments will be provided and times will be posted throughout the weekend. The champagne reception and prize giving will also take place here.
Scrutineering
Scrutineering will take place in situ in the Race Organisation main paddock parking areas. You will not
have to move unless you are parked in another area.
Vehicle Presentation & Driving Standards
All ROL events are organised for enthusiasts to enjoy their motorsport in a safe manner. To this end, cars are to be prepared in accordance with best current practice to a high, safe standard. Drivers should respect their fellow competitors and their cars and have an earnest desire to enjoy themselves.

ROL Intermarque Challenge
AMOC Anglo-American Thoroughbred Challenge
AMOC Aston Martin Championship
Lotus Road Sports Series
Porsche Open Series
Porsche Club Series
In addition, invitations may be extended to owners of cars of similar performance and status. The following list gives examples of some of the types of car accepted - please
view the results of previous races for further examples:
AC Cobra, Aston Martin, Chevrolet Camaro & Corvette, Ferrari, Ford Mustang, Jaguar, Lotus, Marcos, Morgan, Porsche, Sunbeam Tiger, TVR, etc.
Classes will be arranged to suit the entries received.
Minimum Licence Requirement
National ‘A’ Race, or International Historic Race for cars built before 1971.
Administration Fees & Entry Acceptance
Around £250.00 dependent on exchange rates.
All entries will be subject to Final Selection and Acceptance by the promoter on behalf of the organisers.
Travel
ROL organises deals for ferry crossings.
Hotels / Camping
ROL can provide details of local accommodation and tourist information telephone numbers.
Entertainment
Drivers’ Party on Saturday night.
The Nürburgring circuit is 75 miles away. The full (22.8 kilometre / 14.17 mile) circuit is open to drive in your normal (or modified) car at a cost of around £10.00. There is also a motor museum with both cars and bikes on display.
